Jennifer Berrent is a partner in WilmerHale's Corporate Practice Group, and a member of the firm's Emerging Company Practice Group. She is also a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and FinTech Groups, the Hiring Committee and the Women's Leadership Initiative. Before law school, she was a strategy consultant at The Parthenon Group and worked in the Strategic Planning Group at American Express. She uses her business background to provide practical legal advice to her clients.
