Brandon Procak

Brandon is a seasoned strategy, technology, and business leader with over 20 years of experience spanning financial services, emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and academia. He currently serves in a senior role at Ripple, where he focuses on advancing blockchain and stable coin solutions at the intersection of enterprise adoption, financial infrastructure, and innovation.

Previously, Brandon spent over a decade in top-tier consulting. At BCG, he co-led global efforts across Frontier Tech and Cloud Computing, overseeing a broad portfolio that included web3 (blockchain and digital assets), IoT and digital twins, spatial computing (AR/VR and the metaverse), and quantum computing. Prior to BCG, he was at EY, where he specialized in strategy and large-scale business transformations for the largest U.S. financial institutions, leading complex global programs and teams of up to 500 professionals.

In addition to his corporate career, Brandon is an active entrepreneur and ecosystem builder. He has served as CEO of a real estate technology platform and co-CEO of a web3 bootcamp academy. He is a mentor at the Founder Institute, supporting early-stage founders, and serves as a Board Member of the Columbia Angel Network, where he advises and invests in emerging startups.
